即时生物活性预处理 (浸泡)
安全始于诊疗结束的那一刻。器械会被立即放入专门的生物活性酶溶液中。这能防止有机物干结，确保后续的深层清洗步骤达到完美的清洁效果。

超声波深层清洗
我们采用先进的超声波技术，触及手工刷洗无法达到的深度。高频声波产生数以百万计的微小气泡，能够“爆破”并清除器械最细微铰链和缝隙中的残留物。

双重保障：纯净冲洗与人工精细复检
在超声波清洗后，所有器械均使用纯净水进行冲洗，并经过人工细致检查。在进入最终灭菌阶段前，每一件器械都会被彻底干燥，确保不留任何水分。

器械被封装在独立的医用级灭菌袋中。每个包装袋都配有化学指示剂，只有在达到完美的灭菌条件时才会变色。这些包装将始终保持密封，直到您的诊疗开始那一刻。

常见问题解答
Is the water used during my dental cleaning safe?
Yes. We use advanced dental waterline treatment systems to ensure the water used in our drills and ultrasonic cleaners is purified. Our lines are regularly "shocked" and filtered to prevent the buildup of biofilm, ensuring the water is as clean as the instruments we use.
How often is your sterilisation equipment tested?
We perform safety validations every single day. This includes physical monitoring of every cycle (time, temperature, and pressure) and regular "spore testing"—a biological test that confirms our machines are successfully destroying even the toughest microbial life.
Do you reuse any "single-use" items?
Absolutely not. Any item labeled as "single-use" (such as suction tips, local anesthetic needles, or polishing brushes) is disposed of immediately and safely after one use. We never compromise on patient safety by attempting to reprocess disposable items.
What is a "Type-B Vacuum Autoclave" and why does it matter?
A Type-B autoclave is the highest clinical grade available. Unlike standard sterilisers, it uses a vacuum pump to remove all air from the chamber, allowing steam to penetrate deep into the most complex dental tools. This ensures that every surface—inside and out—is 100% sterilized at 134C.
How do I know the instruments being used on me are clean?
Every instrument set at SO Dental is sealed in a medical-grade pouch that is only opened right before your treatment begins. These pouches feature a built-in chemical indicator that changes color once it has successfully passed through our high-pressure steam autoclave, providing a visual guarantee of sterility.
