Dr Chu has finished his Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours at the  University of Sydney in 2010. He has been working in south and inner Sydney before joining So Dental in 2015  because of their high level of patient care and service. He is passionate about dentistry  and delivering the best outcome for his patients and their families. He  has an interest and extensive experience in endodontics (root canal  therapy), periodontics (gum treatment and surgery) as well as rebuilding mouths from extensive wear and replacing missing teeth (implants, crowns, bridges).
Dr Chu enjoys connecting with patients and treats dentistry as important to one’s general health as many forget that the mouth is the entry way to the body. This means talking to the person instead of talking to their teeth!
He is occupied in his off time by his family commitments with his 2 school aged children, as well as continuing education in Dentistry. He also is  interested in technology, global economics, and enjoys mellow Jazz music.
